By creating an account or using Gunny.ai (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Gunny.ai is a firearms market intelligence platform that aggregates publicly available auction data to provide deal scoring, market valuations, and price trend analysis. We do not sell, transfer, or broker firearms. All transactions occur directly between buyers and sellers on third-party platforms.
Certain features of the Service use artificial intelligence, including the AI Photo Appraisal and AI-generated deal narratives. When you upload photos for appraisal, those images are transmitted to our AI provider for analysis. By using these features, you consent to this processing. AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute a professional appraisal, guarantee of value, or investment advice.
The Gunny referral program rewards users with one free month of their current subscription tier when a referred user signs up and upgrades to a paid plan. Referral credits are non-transferable and have no cash value. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the referral program at any time. Abuse of the referral system (including self-referrals or fraudulent accounts) will result in forfeiture of credits and potential account termination.
By uploading photos, adding firearms to your Arsenal, or creating saved searches, you retain ownership of your content. You grant Gunny.ai a limited, non-exclusive license to process this content solely for the purpose of delivering the Service (e.g., generating AI appraisals, tracking market values). We do not sell, share, or use your uploaded content for training AI models or any purpose beyond delivering the features you requested.
Gunny Score and market valuations are estimates based on historical auction data. They do not constitute appraisals, guarantees of value, or investment advice. Actual sale prices may differ materially. You are solely responsible for your purchase decisions.
Firearm laws vary significantly by state and locality. Gunny.ai does not provide legal advice. Users are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws before purchasing, possessing, or transferring any firearm.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
In no event shall our aggregate liability exceed the fees you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
All software, scoring algorithms, data compilations, visualizations, and user interface elements of the Service are owned by Gunny.ai or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, for unlawful use, or for conduct we reasonably believe is harmful to the Service or other users. You may terminate your account at any time from your account settings.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration in Texas under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You and Gunny.ai waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in class actions.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email or in-product notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
