- Can I change plans anytime?
- Yes — upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime through the Stripe billing portal linked from your account page. Pro-rated charges apply.
- What's the difference between Basic and Pro?
- Basic unlocks full Markets drill-down (model + sub-model + variant pages) and AI Photo Valuation (5/mo). Pro adds Smart Alerts, the Daily Brief, unlimited everything, and Reverse Mode.
- Do you offer refunds?
- Cancel within 14 days of your first paid charge and we'll refund in full. After that, cancellations stop future billing but don't refund the current period.
- How does the Dealer plan work?
- Dealer is for FFLs and shops. Includes REST API access, FFL Directory listing, insurance & appraisal reports, and bulk listing tools. Get in touch if you need a custom setup.
- Is annual billing actually 20% off?
- Yes — Basic annual is $76.70/yr (vs $95.88 at monthly), Pro annual is $143.90/yr (vs $179.88 at monthly). Exact 20% off in both cases.
